1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TPC - HK website and online store, as well as any related pages, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
TPC - HK (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Services. Our online store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure for the store.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You may use the Services only if you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you allow a minor to use the Services on a device you control, you are responsible for their actions.
If you create an account or provide checkout information, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
- You will protect your login credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.
- You will not sell, share, transfer, or license your account to another person.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts as permitted by law (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or misuse).
3. Products, Content, and Availability
We strive to present our products accurately, but the Services may contain inaccuracies, and product appearances may vary due to screen settings, lighting, or device differences.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
- Product images are illustrative and not a guarantee of exact color or appearance.
- Product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is a request to purchase, not a binding acceptance by us. An order is only accepted when:
- Payment is successfully processed; and
- We confirm the order (e.g., via confirmation email or shipment processing).
We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders as permitted by law, including cases of suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or violations of our policies. If an order is changed or canceled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use only. Resale, commercial redistribution, or export may be prohibited.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments
Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time. The amount charged will be the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Unless otherwise stated, prices generally exclude:
- Shipping and handling fees
- Taxes
- Customs duties, import fees, and related charges
You authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the payment will be honored.
If a promotion has specific terms, those terms will apply to the promotion in case of any conflict.
6. Shipping, Delivery Estimates, and Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the risk of loss and title pass to you when the shipment is handed over to the carrier (or as otherwise required by applicable law).
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and exchanges (if applicable) are governed solely by our Return & Refund Policy. Requests for returns outside the terms of the Return & Refund Policy may be declined.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Services and their content—including designs, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, trademarks, logos, and layout—belong to TPC - HK or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission from us, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
“TPC - HK” and related names/marks are trademarks of TPC - HK. Shopify marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Services, Tools, and Links
The Services may include third-party apps, integrations, embedded features, or links to third-party websites. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or services.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms and policies.
10. Shopify Platform Notice
Shopify provides the platform that powers our online store. Your purchase is made with TPC - HK, not Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold, customer service, or disputes between you and TPC - HK.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Since our store operates on the Shopify platform, Shopify may process certain information about your use of the Services to provide and improve its platform.
12. User Content & Feedback
If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant TPC - HK a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Submissions in any media for lawful business purposes (including improving and marketing the Services).
You agree that your Submissions:
- Are not illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or misleading
- Do not infringe on third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
- Do not contain malware or harmful code
We may remove or refuse to display Submissions at our discretion, where lawful. You remain responsible for any content you submit.
13. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Violating laws or encouraging illegal acts
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts/systems
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data harvesting without permission
- Introducing malware or interfering with security features
- Abusing, harassing, or threatening others
- Impersonating any person/entity or providing false information
- Sending spam or unauthorized advertisements
- Copying/reselling any part of the Services without authorization
We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services at any time where permitted by law, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a harmful or unlawful manner.
Termination does not eliminate obligations you owe (e.g., payment obligations for accepted orders).
15. Disclaimers
The Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Product information will always be complete or up to date
- Your results or satisfaction will meet your expectations
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPC - HK (including our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors) and Shopify and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TPC - HK and Shopify (and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers) from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
- Your misuse of the Services or your Submissions
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where possible.
19. No Waiver; Entire Agreement
If we do not enforce a provision, it does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, along with the referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and TPC - HK regarding the Services.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a business transfer, merger, restructuring, or similar event, where permitted by law.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by local laws. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the relevant jurisdiction.
22. Headings
Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. The updated Terms will apply from the “Last Updated” date shown above (or another effective date stated in the notice). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
